Fine Cashmere Stoles

Our 100% cashmere stole is hand made in Kashmir by artisans still working in the traditional way. Authentic handmade cashmere is always finished with a natural fringe and never with tassels or long fringe characteristic of mass produced garments. The stoles measure some 180cm x 70cm.

Cashmere wool is prized for its fineness, softness, warmth and long life. Pure cashmere garments become increasingly soft with wearing. Although finer and lighter in weight than other wool products, cashmere is said to be eight times warmer than sheep wool or wool mixed with silk or other fibres.
