Damask Weave Ringstoles

Our Cashmere Damask Weave Ring Stole is produced in the traditional way as a single colour, naturally fringed, damask weave, fine cashmere stole. It is hand produced by cottage industries in Kashmir from only the finest Pashmina Cashmere.

This stole is so fine and silky it can pass through a woman's ring, the traditional test of the quality of the finest and most expensive cashmere fibres. Almost hidden and created solely by the weave of the fabric, is an intricate traditional paisley pattern with trailing flowers. The silky nature of the cashmere thread gives soft highlights on the fabric and the subtle design is revealed once light reflects and moves over it. The pattern is equally attractive on either side of the stole.
